About me

Following the birth of my child, my varied life experiences felt like they came together to put me on the path of becoming a postpartum doula. I bring my passion for mental and physical well-being, social justice, creativity and connection with nature to families as they navigate the often challenging and transformative postpartum time. I am inspired to create spaces for healing, ease and connection during this time. Whether that's by helping an exhausted parent get some rest, preparing nutritious meals and snacks, offering breast/chest feeding/bottle feeding support or helping to navigate the rollercoaster of emotions, I am a nonjudgmental source of evidenced-based information and support.

Service introduction

Providing postpartum support is my passion. Often new parents need information, a couple extra hands, more rest, nutritious food and some encouragement. When we have these, parents are more often able to heal, bond and connect in the postpartum rather than feel that we are just barely surviving. Reach out to explore how we can help create this for you!
