Birth plan at Stanford Children's hospital. Don't have a birth plan yet and need help making one! I was just told I have plascenta previa. This is my first baby. I have Aetna PPO
I plan to give birth at the hospital with medication. I prefer to have a vaginal birth if possible and this is my first baby.
1. I haven’t gotten a referral yet but I think I’ll go with El Camino in Mountain View 2. I’m looking for a doula that accepts tricare. I’m also open to paying out of pocket but tricare would be my first pick. 3. This is my second child and the labor with my first was under 4 hours. Birth plan this time would be to labor without an epidural. All other parts of my birth plan I’m open to suggestions. I’d like to labor at home if possible.
Hello my name is Rayvyn. I’m expecting my first child at the end of August. My birth preference is a peaceful in home setting, all natural water birth. Allowing my body and baby the space needed to do what it is designed to do. No rushing, no force. Delayed cord cutting. No vaccines. I’m looking for someone who is grounded, respects my needs, & listens intently. Preferably someone who is in tune with themselves, the earth, and sensitive to energy. Someone who understands and has a perspective on how sacred this time is.
I need a midwife for my prenatal care. I would also like a doula.
I am insured with Blue Shield of California PPO and looking for a provider that services the Lodi, CA area. My insurance has said they cover unlimited visits with CAPPA or DONA certified providers
I have Kaiser HMO plan. Plan to give birth in hospital. I have hip arthritis with limited hip mobility in one leg. Other leg is perfectly fine. I want to explore if vaginal birth is possible for me. I want to know about alternate birthing positions.
I have Kaiser insurance and am planning on giving birth at Kaiser Santa Clara. My birth plan is to be open to assistance or suggestions from professional support. I would like to try different types of pain management and am open to all if necessary. Ideally I do not want to have an IV so movement is possible. I would like to have delayed chord clamping if possible. Skin to skin and golden hour are important to me. My husband will be in the room and is very kind and attentive. I would like to have contact after birth as it is my first child and I’m sure there will be questions, but we don’t need help like cooking, cleaning, or laundry.
Home birth. Budget is 5-10k Looking for water birth minimal intervention unless necessary. This will be my second home birth. Prefer someone who has experience with hypnobabies birth
I'll be giving birth at Sutter Health's Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, California. I have Sutter Health Plan, HMO and a letter from my doctor saying she supports me having a doula. I'd like my doula to take my insurance coverage, and then provide a tip after. I'd really like to focus on birth prep and birth support to get ready for a smooth labor/delivery. I plan on having an unmedicated, vaginal birth and I would like to have minimal medical intervention unless necessary for the health and safety of my baby and I. I will not be birthing laying on my back, and really want to utilize movement to support birth progression. We not circumsize, and will delay the HepB shot. We will take the vitamin K shot, and will be delaying cord clamping. My husband will be a primary support person so we would love to learn techniques so he can best support me. I've listened to a hypnobirthing audio book, and really like the techniques used there.
Tracy ca hospital birth with doula/midwife attending
I am looking for a doula during the time of my c-section and after birth. My insurance, Tricare, covers 6 hours of a doula. I am giving birth at Sutter Health in Tracy, ca. I don't have a specific birth plan. I am a high risk pregnancy due to my age, I am also diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and my baby is measuring a week larger than he is supposed to be.

Hello, My name is Anna Kerlo. I am reaching out to you to ask if you might have availability to support my husband and I through the birth of our baby. I am due August 12, it’s a girl, and she will be our first child after 7 years of IVF treatments. We have Kaiser, and are planning to give birth at Kaiser Santa Clara. I am hoping for a birth as unmedicated as possible, but also understand things don’t always go as planned. Would be available? Thanks a lot in advance for your help, Anna Kerlo
We're first-time parents expecting identical twin girls this fall and looking for an experienced doula to support us through this unique and beautiful journey! About our pregnancy: We're expecting dichorionic diamniotic (DCDA) twins with a due date of October 3, 2026. We'll most likely be delivering at Sutter Medical Center in Downtown Sacramento in the OR, as is standard for twin birth. Our birth plan is still taking shape, but we just want to feel safe and supported every step of the way. What we're looking for: Postpartum support is our biggest priority. Twin newborns are a full-time adventure so we want someone experienced with twins and supporting parents of newborn twins! Birth support is also important to us, and we'd love someone who is comfortable in an OR setting and familiar with both vaginal twin deliveries and C-sections (planned or emergency). About us: We're an AAPI family who practices Buddhism, though we welcome doulas of all backgrounds and beliefs. We're also both in the medical field so we're no strangers to clinical settings. That said, we're still first-time parents navigating something entirely new, and we'd love a doula who can be our advocate, translate the emotional side of this experience, and bring a calm, grounding presence when things get busy. Our requirements: - Certified doula with at least 5 years of experience - Experience supporting twin pregnancies and births - Comfortable with OR/hospital births and C-sections - In-network with United Healthcare (through GEHA) — this is a must for our insurance coverage - Budget: up to $1,000 (our insurance plan maximum for doula services) - Located in or serving the Sacramento, CA area If this sounds like a great fit, we'd love to connect and learn more about you and your approach. Thank you for the incredible work you do! 🌸
