I am a doula, IBCLC, and student midwife. I believe in physiological birth and breastfeeding. I think all women deserve support prenatally, during birth, and breastfeeding.

I had an amazing experience working with Tesia as my doula for our fourth baby. We had a homebirth and Tesia helped make it a smooth and positive experience. I looked forward to our visits and she was so easy to talk to and always made me feel at peace about my birth plan. She is very knowledgeable about physiological birth and a wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend adding Tesia to your birth team!

I’m a mother of three and a doula, called to care for others. Before birth work, I spent six years as a caregiver for the elderly, children, and adults with disabilities, learning patience, compassion, and presence. My own birth experiences two cesareans, postpartum preeclampsia, and a transformative third birth taught me the power of being informed, supported, and truly heard. That journey inspired me to help others navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and care. I offer calm, heart-centered support, meeting you where you are with no judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world it’s about your transformation too. You deserve to feel held, respected, and empowered every step of the way, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.

Hi, I’m Kelsey! Your Full Spectrum Doula. Full spectrum means that I support all birth and perinatal journeys: medicated, unmedicated, in a tub, in a hospital, in a meadow with a flower crown on. Full spectrum also means that I support all parents! Black, brown, white, queer, cis, trans, gay, straight, bi, pan, poly, every person, every family deserves excellent doula care. I believe that birth is better with loving, educated support. Studies show that parents with doulas are happier with their birth outcomes, even when things don’t go 100% as planned. As your doula, I will teach you about birthing positions, comfort measures, pros and cons of medical interventions, and how to prepare your body to give birth. I will help you form a birth plan that is perfect for you and your needs. Your birth, your way. Reach out today for a free consultation!

After a beautiful and empowering first birth, although it didn't go according to my original vision, a fire was lit to come alongside families in their own birth journeys. As a doula, I will support you whether you choose a home birth, a planned cesarean, or anything in between. My goal is that you know your options, are supported in them, and are surrounded by feelings of safety and love. I have worked in a variety of capacities before arriving in the birth world. I studied Exercise Science in college, where I learned the amazing things our bodies are capable of when we treat them properly or move them in certain ways. I've worked as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehab, and as a wellness coach in a hospital setting. I was in full-time ministry, working with college students and teenagers. In that capacity, I learned to meet people where they're at, to comfort and to ā€œhold spaceā€ for someone. These experiences brought me to a new understanding of wholeness - body, mind and spirit. This set me up perfectly to team up alongside women in their birth journeys - one of the most life-changing events we can experience!

I am the Founder and Postpartum Doula behind Healing Touch. Healing Touch was created to support women and their families as they make their journey into parenthood. As a mother myself, I know how having a child transforms who you are, and I am honored to be part of this life-changing process. My desire to become a postpartum doula began after I experienced the struggles that come along with having a newborn. Although the fourth trimester is a very exciting time, it can also be extremely challenging. There was so much I didn’t know, especially around my mental health and what to expect. With my firstborn, my labor and delivery was long and hard, which led me to having certain interventions I didn’t plan on. For the next few months, I had feelings of inadequency and really struggled emotionally. I did not have close family living nearby to help and though it was tough at times, this journey gave me a profound appetite to support others in their postpartum journey. I have a passion for celebrating the postpartum period and educating, empowering, and helping families. When I’m not working as a doula, you can find me at home spending time with my husband and two boys (5 and 7), cuddling up with a good book or boating on Lake Norman.

Hi my name is Jessica! I live in Denver on our family farm with my husband and 2 kids. I’ve been passionate about pregnancy and childbirth since I can remember. I originally trained as a birth doula in 2011, gained some experience and then we started our own family. The doula lifestyle wasn’t something that worked for us while my babies were small. I took about 10 years off from birth work (besides doing births for family) until 2023 when I felt called back to birth work, and I re-trained and certified. I deeply enjoy getting to know my clients and assisting with getting them confident and ready for their birth. I hope to provide my clients with everything they need to make informed decisions that are right for them, feeling confident to advocate for themselves and bringing a calming presence into their birth space, whether that’s at home, at the birth center or a hospital.

Hi, I’m Julie. I’m so glad you’re here! My passion for birth and motherhood started at a young age. All I ever wanted to be was a mom. After I had my fifth baby I felt sad realizing that this part of my life was over. I soon discovered that my calling to serve mamas as a birth doula however was just beginning. My hubby has been there beside me through it all as our children have been born naturally in both hospital and home settings. I use that firsthand knowledge now to serve you with not just my rigorous training and certification through Birth Arts International, but also through my own personal experience. I was introduced to essential oils in 2014, and every day since then has been a family journey to more natural patterns of health and wellness. I have seen and experienced success time after time using the oils throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and with a newborn. I feel confident in my ability to protect my family’s health no matter what is going on around us, and that’s something I enjoy paying forward to other moms and families.

Hello friends!! I wanted to properly introduce myself. My name is Kendall Francis. I am a christian certified birth doula. I serve mama’s in the Fort Mill and Charlotte surrounding areas during pregnancy and postpartum. I am married to my best friend, Collin Francis and we just had the most perfect baby girl, Saylor Grace Francis, born at home on July 31st, 2022. Our hearts are so full! I became a doula because I am so passionate about everything pregnancy and birth but most importantly because I believe women and their families need such a strong support system during this season in their life. I worked in the hospital system for almost 4 years on several different units from ER to maternity, went to nursing school and got my LPN degree all to realize I wanted nothing more than to support women holistically. I believe with all my heart that it is OUR decision as women how our pregnancy journey should turn out and WE have the control, not our providers. That is where I come in as your doula to help educate and advocate for you every step of the way no matter what you decide for your birth. Whether that be at home, at a birthing center or a hospital, I will be by your side. If you would like to connect and talk more about your dream birth feel free to send me a message! I am so excited to meet you and your family!

Kendall is truly one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. From the moment I met her I knew I wanted her as my doula. She made me feel loved, comforted, cared for, amongst so many other things. For my birth, she came as soon as I felt I needed support and stayed through the postpartum period, over 24 hours. She didn’t even talk about leaving me during this time and stayed through it ALL. She supported every decision I made, encouraged me to make position changes to help progress my labor, prayed over me, held a fan to my face for HOURS, spoke kindly and softly and was just everything I needed. She started as my doula and I now consider her one of my closest friends. I love her so much. She’s truly made for this!
