About Brooke

After a beautiful and empowering first birth, although it didn't go according to my original vision, a fire was lit to come alongside families in their own birth journeys. As a doula, I will support you whether you choose a home birth, a planned cesarean, or anything in between. My goal is that you know your options, are supported in them, and are surrounded by feelings of safety and love. I have worked in a variety of capacities before arriving in the birth world. I studied Exercise Science in college, where I learned the amazing things our bodies are capable of when we treat them properly or move them in certain ways. I've worked as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehab, and as a wellness coach in a hospital setting. I was in full-time ministry, working with college students and teenagers. In that capacity, I learned to meet people where they're at, to comfort and to “hold space” for someone. These experiences brought me to a new understanding of wholeness - body, mind and spirit. This set me up perfectly to team up alongside women in their birth journeys - one of the most life-changing events we can experience!

Birth Doula services

I offer birth doula services, including a package for experienced families offering birth services only (without prenatal and postpartum meetings). Most other packages include 1-2 prenatal meetings and a postpartum visit. I also offer birth photography services that can be added on to doula services, or standalone. The Voyage package includes doula services, photography, and 3 personal training sessions along with belly binding and a postpartum wellness plan. I also offer placenta encapsulation services. We have a new doula on our team! This allows us to accommodate more clients and more budgets! Katy offers the Anchored & All Aboard packages, as she is also a birth photographer.
