Hello sweet friends. I have had the honor of doing birth doula work for the past 6 years and I’ve come to understand and believe a few things. I believe that birth is given to us to help us discover what we are capable of and can impact us for the rest of our lives. As you embark on this adventure we call parenthood, whether it’s the first time or the fifth, your birth has the power to fertilize seeds of confidence or seeds of doubt. I want to remind you that this is YOUR birth, YOUR body, and YOUR baby. You deserve to have a birth team that sees and hears YOU and what YOU need to walk confidently through your labor and into parenthood.

Service introduction

It’s my honor to walk alongside you during your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum days. We will have two 3hr prenatal visits, in your home, to learn what’s important to you and help prepare you for the journey as well as we possibly can. You will have informational, physical and emotional support all through your labor and until the dust settles after your sweet babe is in your arms. I will be just a text/phone call away in those first postpartum days and I will visit you in your home around postpartum day 5. This time is for you and whatever you need. This is technically the end of my services, but birth has a way of creating life long friendships❤️.
