My own experience has deepened my passion for supporting other moms as they navigate the beautiful yet transformative path to postpartum. 4-Week Postpartum Support Package
What’s Included: Free Consultation A no-obligation conversation to discuss your postpartum needs, emotional support preferences, and ensure we’re the right fit. Welcome Gift A thoughtfully curated postpartum care gift focused on grounding, rest, and emotional comfort. Two Prenatal Postpartum-Preparation Sessions Gentle sessions focused on: • emotional readiness for the postpartum period • setting realistic expectations • identifying support needs and boundaries • recognizing signs of emotional overwhelm and when to seek additional support (Postpartum-focused, not birth or labor planning.) Ongoing Emotional Support (4 Weeks) Unlimited calls and texts throughout the 4-week support period for reassurance, emotional check-ins, and guidance. Two Postpartum Support Visits (Virtual or In-Home) Including: • emotional presence and validation • newborn care guidance (non-clinical) • support with maternal rest and adjustment • gentle mood and stress check-ins • encouragement of self-trust in early parenting One Calming Postpartum Bath Ritual A nurturing, non-medical bath experience designed to promote relaxation and emotional grounding. Includes: • guided relaxation and breath support • calming herbal or aromatic elements (client-approved) • emphasis on safety, comfort, and rest (This offering is optional, consent-based, and focused on relaxation—not physical therapy or medical treatment.) Feeding Support (Non-Clinical) Compassionate breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, with referrals provided for clinical lactation care when needed. This care is rooted in gentleness, emotional safety, and presence. The goal is to support your nervous system, emotional well-being, and confidence during the early postpartum transition. This service is not therapy or medical care and does not replace mental health, obstetric, or medical providers. All bath elements are client-approved, and referrals are provided when additional care is needed.
