When you choose me as your Newborn Care Specialist, you're choosing someone who is humble to do any job. No task is beneath me, I'm here to support your family in every way needed. I communicate my needs and expectations in return. I respectfully address potential issues and offer resolutions for a harmonious mutual working environment. My approach to newborn care is intentional and collaborative. I take time to observe your baby’s unique personality, behaviors, and cues, then partner with you to create a care plan. I'm passionate about empowering parents to feel confident to care for their newborn in an intentional way.

I’m Damaris, a Newborn Care Specialist who’s passionate about helping families feel calm, confident, and not alone during those early weeks with a new baby. My job goes beyond just feeding and diapering—I’m here to help you understand your baby and ease the transition of bringing a new human into your family. I offer education in swaddling, infant massage, soothing techniques, bottle-feeding tips and tricks, and how to read your baby’s cues. I guide you through routines that make sense for your life, and I’m always happy to explain the “why” behind what I do. I’m intentional in how I care for your newborn and how I support you. I’ll observe your baby and partner with you to create a rhythm that works (until they outgrow what works). Change is the only constant for infants. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own—I’m here to make things easier, smoother, and more joyful
