About me

I am trained Newborn Care Specialist, Childbirth Educator and Full Spectrum Doula. I've worked as a doula since 2012, As an NCS (night nanny) since 2022: experience with triplets, prematurity and reflux. (3,000 hours) I have extensive knowledge with lactation, pumping and maintaining supply as a working mom. I've been teaching parents infant massage since 2012 and have created a course for healthy pregnancy, birth, postpartum and newborn care. I serve families in home in the East Valley .

NCS / Night Nanny
I offer 9 hours of overnight newborn care per night to allow parents to communicate with me and pursue 8 hours of sleep. I will work with your specific goals for baby and feeding and provide top-notch, developmentally appropriate and evidence-based newborn care. This includes feeding, soothing, changing and putting baby to sleep. I also maintain a tidy workspace, in the nursery and the space where I prepare bottles. I restock diapers, wipes, wash/fold newborn clothing, wash bottles and pump parts, prepare bottles, empty/change diaper pail. I do not do household tasks such as dishes, family laundry, trash removal. My hourly rate is $37 for one baby, $42 for twins and $47 for triplets. When I am not offering infant care, I rest on the flat, comfortable surface provided (bed or cot) either in the nursery or in a separate room using a baby monitor. I suggest packages of 4-5 nights a week for 12-16 weeks depending on infant sleep goals. Shorter contracts may be available, but are usually not adequate to safely meet sleep goals. My fixed rate is noted below for 1 infant, per night. $333 singleton $378 twins $423 triplets
