Hi, I’m Daniella mom of two amazing girls, a military wife, and your guide to birth ready resilience. My journey into motherhood began at 17, navigating the beautiful chaos of raising my first daughter while still figuring out myself. Fast-forward to today: I’m now a “veteran” of pregnancy (thanks to baby #2!), postpartum life, and the unique whirlwind of being a military spouse. Through it all, these very tools neuroscience-backed breathwork, pelvic floor prep, and somatic practices have been my lifeline. They rewired my stress responses during sleepless nights, cross-country moves, and the emotional marathon raising 2 girls, while reparenting myself and working on my own self development .
