My name is Danielle i'm a caring compassionate and nurturing person who has always had a genuine love for babies and supporting families. I truly believe there is something so special about being a part of a family's journey as they welcome a new life into the world with over seven years of experience specializing in newborn care, I found so much joy and purpose in the work that I do. As a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula I'm passionate about helping parents feel supported confident and comfortable as they adjust to life with their new baby. I especially love sharing my knowledge helping establish healthy sleep habits and routines and providing the reassurance and hands on support that can make such a impact for families. My love for supporting families has also inspired me to expand into birth work as an aspiring Birth Doula I'm excited to continue growing in this field and supporting families through pregnancy labor and delivery. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard respected encouraged and empowered throughout their birth experience I would describe myself as patient dependable warm hearted and someone who genuinely puts her heart into caring for others. whether i'm supporting expecting parents or caring for their newborn at home my goal is always to create a calm comforting and positive environment where families feel supported and never judged for me this work is so much more than a career it's something I genuinely love and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support families during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

When should I book overnight Newborn care

I recommend booking overnight care during the early second trimester or third trimester to ensure availability and allow plenty of time to prepare for your little ones arrival overnight support can begin as soon as you bring your baby home from the hospital helping you get a much needed rest while ensuring your newborn receives loving attentive care period last minute bookings are also welcome based on availability.

What length of time should I have a newborn care specialist/Doula

I typically recommend 12 weeks of newborn care and postpartum support. This allows us plenty of time to establish healthy sleep habits, consistent feeding schedules, and routine that works best for your baby and family. My goal is to provide parents with the guidance, reassurance and confidence they need so that when our time together comes to an end, they feel comfortable maintaining their baby's routine, enjoying more restful nights and navigating through parenthood with ease.

Is a retainer Required to reserve my dates.

Yes. A retainer is required to reserve my contracted dates. Retainer amount payment schedules, cancelation policies, and other contract details will be discussed during your complimentary consultation and outlined in your service agreement.

Do You Provide Awake Care

Yes, I do offer awake overnight care at a premium rate. This level of care is typically reserved for newborns who require additional attention and monitoring, such as a such as premature babies or infants with specific medical needs. Away care allows me to remain fully alert and attentive throughout the entire shift, providing extra reassurance and support to families. Services are tailored to each baby's individual needs and provided within my scope of practice.

Refund and dispute policy

. I understand that circumstances may change, and I'm always open to listening to my clients concerns and working toward a fair resolution. However, my contracts clearly outline the agreed upon cancelation and refund policies, as I reserve my availability specifically for each family and may turn down other opportunities. Any disputes regarding the contract or payments will be handled with professionalism understanding and open communication while honoring the terms of our signed agreement.

Do you provide sleep training/ Conditioning

Yes I offer both gentle sleep shaping and age appropriate sleep training. Sleep shaping, focuses on building healthy sleep habits from the beginning through consistent routines, appropriate wake windows, daytime feedings, a calming sleep environment, and a gentle settling techniques. The goal is to lay a strong foundation for longer, more restful sleep as your baby develops. Sleep training typically is done within four to six months introducing a more structured approach to helping babies learn to fall asleep and return to sleep more independently, using gentle consistent methods tailored to your baby's developmental readiness and your family's preferences. Both approaches prioritize safe sleep, responsive care and your baby's individual needs.

How Do you support breastfeeding parents

I'm passionate about supporting breastfeeding parents and helping make their feeding journey as comfortable and stressy as possible. I provide hands on guidance with positioning, latch techniques, feeding cues, and establishing comfortable feeding and pumping routines. During overnight care, I assist with bringing baby to mom for feedings, burping, diaper changes, and settling baby back to sleep so parents can maximize their rest. I also help with breast milk storage, bottle preparation, and pumping support, while encouraging each family's individual feeding goals and working alongside lactation professionals when additional support is needed.

Payment /billing services

Payment and billing services are billed by the hour or according to a written service agreement. Clients receive invoices showing service dates, hours, rates, payments, and any applicable service credit retainer.
