Boca regional hospital; ideally vaginal birth non-medicated; interested in post partum doula services
I plan to give birth in a Boca Raton hospital, I would like a doula for emotional support while I give birth. I have had 3 birth without any epidural but my 4th birth was very painful I couldn’t handle it, I had an epidural & now with my 5th pregnancy, I’m afraid of labor, I hope it’s not like my 4th pregnancy. This is why I would like a doula for my current pregnancy.
A hospital with a strong preference toward vaginal delivery as I'm a single mom by choice and don't want to be recovering from surgery after giving birth. My mother will be available but it has been awhile since she's had children!

Broward Health Coral Springs Hospital My goal is to have a calm, positive, and safe birth experience for both me and my baby. Since this is my first baby, I’m open-minded but would like to try for a vaginal delivery if possible. I would like to labor as naturally as I can, but I am open to pain relief, including an epidural, depending on how things progress. I would like help with breathing, positioning, and staying calm during labor. I would like things explained to me before decisions are made. After birth, I would like immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby if possible. Overall, my main priority is a healthy baby and a safe delivery, and I want to feel supported and comfortable throughout the process.
I am looking for a doula to support me during my first pregnancy. I plan to give birth in a hospital setting and want someone who can guide me through the process with calm, knowledgeable support. My estimated budget is between $500 and $800. My birth plan is to have a peaceful and positive hospital birth with as little stress as possible. It’s very important for me that my doula is bilingual in English and Spanish, so communication feels natural and comfortable throughout the entire process. I would love a doula who can help me manage pain naturally through breathing techniques, positioning, emotional support, and advocacy. I also want someone who can help me understand my options, stay informed during labor, and support both me and my partner. My goal is to feel empowered, supported, and confident as I prepare to welcome my baby.
Giving birth at Boca Regional. Budget is flexible. I don’t have much of a birth plan outside of wanting to be able to move/switch positions, and I don’t think i want an epidural…but if needed, the minimum dose. I’m a first time mom so I really don’t know much…I have Aetna for insurance.
