Hello, We are looking for a professional and compassionate midwife to come to our home and assist in active labor. Our birth plan is currently receiving prenatal care from Northwestern Family Medicine, but they do not offer midwives, nor at home births; so we need to hire a midwife for the actual labor at home. We are budgeting $2,000-$3,500) for the actual midwife to help with the birthing process only (due July 17, 2026). Please and thank you :)
I will give birth in a hospital as I am very high risk. I have lost 2 boys at around 24 weeks due to preterm labor. I just got a cervical cerclage to help prevent that this time. I would like to do delayed cord clamping and am not currently going to vaccinate.
Currently need prenatal care to replace OBGYN, and desire a natural at-home birth.

Hello, this is my first child and I'm in a new state and city all alone with ni family. I just need information I have no idea what I'm doing
Would like to give birth at home. Will probably require minor stitches which was necessary in last two child births. Would like something affordable, accepting insurance if possible.
I’m looking for a midwife who can help me with having a vbac in a hospital
Looking for prenatal midwife care and midwife birth in a hospital setting. Aiming for a natural birth. Looking for practices that accept insurance.
Looking to give birth at Prentice Women's Hospital in the city. I'd like to go a mostly natural birthing route, but would like the hospital environment for the "just in case" piece of birth. I am a first time mom and my husband and I want someone who we can get to know well, and who will spend time with us answering all of our questions. We have vaccine questions, we want to do delayed cord clamping, we would like a vaginal birth (unless dangerous for me or baby), we would like skin to skin immediately, we would like to try to not be induced if that's possible. I'm not needing a fully unmedicated birth but want to go as long as possible without any epidural or any intervention of that sort.
