We plan on giving birth at the Anshutz campus in Denver! Our budget is limited to our work benefit of "8 weeks of doula care" coverage through Carrot Fertility. Our birth plan is literally however this little girl wants to come into the world. I would love the assistance of an epidural, and hopefully a vaginal birth. We are looking for postpartum help only though, mostly to help with the new-parent learning curve!
I am looking for a female-only birth doula for a hospital birth in Denver this April. My budget is approximately $1,500–$2,500 (to be reimbursed via Maven Wallet). My goal is a supportive, calm environment where I can receive an epidural for pain management but avoid medical induction unless absolutely necessary. I am looking for a doula who is an expert in 'epidural positioning' to keep labor progressing and can suggest specific techniques or precautions to help me avoid tearing. My partner will be my primary support, and I do not want any men in the room other than him. I value a 'hands-off' approach to the second stage of labor; I prefer to avoid forced or coached pushing and instead want to wait until I feel the urge (laboring down). Post-birth, I am prioritizing delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, and ensuring the baby does not leave the room for routine assessments.
Lutheran medical center Medicaid I have no money. My birth plan is a scheduled C-section I had a baby last Christmas 12/25/24 so it is required I have a c section again.

Hello! I am in search of a postpartum doula to help keep me nourished and rested during some of the gaps in my support from my mother in law in the first weeks postpartum. I will need help with meals, laundry, a little bit of tidying and some TLC that may be hard for my husband to provide me with as he takes care of our three other kiddos. I plan to have a home birth. My budget is unclear, I will ask for some support from my friends and family. My guess is $1000-1500.
I plan to have my baby at St. Anthony North Hospital. 40-50/hour No birth plan yet.

I am currently 11 weeks pregnant so I just getting a head start on looking for a doula. This is my second pregnancy. My first birth was in a hospital setting and everything went great up until the last couple of hours. I thank having extra support with me could have helped tremendously. 1. I am planning on giving birth either in a hospital or a birth center. I want to have as much support during labor especially if I choose a birth center since that would be an unmedicated birth. 2. I am not sure of budget but I definitely want to stay on the lower end of the budget. 3. I really want to choose a birth center and with that I know I would want to be fully prepared for an unmedicated birth. I am very interested in hypnobirthing but am also open to other methods of pain management.
I’m interested in having a doula with me at my delivery to help with physical, informational, emotional, advocacy, & partner support. Things such as breathing techniques & massagesc, maybe affirmations or general help with anxiety. Helping me to understand medications & procedures also making sure I’m not being pressured into avoidable procedures & other things. Overall advocacy support, making sure my birthing plan is being followed. By partner support I mean helping my significant other be included & us both calm & level headed. Pretty much just another educated companion to help me have a better birthing outcome.
Looking for assistance in birth preparation and to have support during labor. I plan to give birth in the hospital. I have Colorado Medicaid and am looking for a doula or midwife who is covered through colorado medicaid. I want to do an unmedicated birth in the hospital with a midwife and have a doula there as well.
Giving birth in a hospital. Worried about money. Unmedicated birth plan.
I plan to give birth in a hospital. My estimated budget would ideally be no more than $2500. I would ideally like a doula that accepts Kaiser Permanente insurance. My birth plan is to deliver vaginally, unless that is not possible, and to do so with just the use of nitrous oxide and with an epidural as a last resort as I am trying to avoid tearing. I am seeking a doula to help support me through delivery and to support my husband through the birth as well.
