I am looking for check-ins, recovery support, and gentle guidance as I transition into motherhood. Lactation education and hands-on breastfeeding support are a priority, as I would like to feel confident and well-informed in nourishing my baby. Overall, I am seeking a doula who honors both the physical and emotional aspects of birth and who can help me feel centered, supported, and empowered during this transformative time.

Birth at the hospital $1500.00 budget and no interventions unless necessary no shots for baby and waiting out umbilical cord to "white out".

*I am giving birth in a hospital in Tuscaloosa AL * I am not sure how much doulas cost but I am paying out of pocket so the lowest rate would benefit me greatly. This is my first pregnancy * For my birth plan, I would like to have a natural birth. I am open to the epidural if I feel I can not go any longer but I would love to have a natural vaginal birth. Hey, my name is angel. I am currently 6 months postpartum, while also being pregnant at 13 weeks right now. I plan on having a home birth if possible. I don't really have a budget right now. To be real, my birth plan is more spiritual.\n I just want to have a calm, relaxed, peaceful birth. I know it's not gonna be easy. I just need better support from healthcare providers based off how my birth was when I was pregnant last, and when I gave birth to my 6 month old, so now that I'm pregnant again, I'm just looking to have a relaxing , peaceful birth experience , really nothing to extravagant. With genuine people who provide natural birth experiences for not on only the child but for the mother as well.

I am planning to give birth at the hospital but am looking for support at home before and for someone to act as a gatekeeper to our birth plan and my peace during labour at the hospital. Main reason for services is postpartum, my partner will not qualify for paternity leave so am going to need help.
