From our prenatal meetings through labor and into the postpartum period, Diana was an incredible resource: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Her calm presence was like an anchor in the storm. While the hospital room filled with busy doctors and nurses pulling in different directions, Diana stayed focused on us, offering quiet reassurance and practical help exactly when we needed it. One small moment stands out as huge: during active labor, when my wife's long hair kept falling into her face and adding to her discomfort, Diana simply reached over, gathered it up, and tied it back with a hair tie she’d thoughtfully brought. It was such a simple gesture, yet it felt profoundly caring — like someone was truly looking out for the little things amid all the intensity.
