My mission as a Doula is to empower and support individuals in my communities through compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. Fostering a positive, empowering,and natural childbirth experience.Continuous physical and emotional comfort, and unwavering advocacy for my clients and their choices. I have participated in over 15 births, including 1 set of twins,2 VBACS,4 Inductions and 4 C-sections. Hospitals,Birthing Centers and Assited home births. Postpartum I have supported feedings bottle fed or breastfeeding,diapering,bathing,sleep training.,light housekeeping,and overnight care.I am a Nursing assistant with 20 plus years of caregiviing experience.BLS,CPR,First Aide certified both Infant & Adult.
