Service introduction

I mainly do prenatal and postpartum care on weekends until I am able to obtain my dream of becoming a full time doula. However I am also a birth doula and if you need a back up I would love to assist you. As a postpartum doula I would help with light housekeeping, breastfeeding, mental health check ins, meal prepping, and helping with baby. Our prenatal visits we would focus on positions, breathing, and empowering you to have the beautiful birth you deserve.
