I am a full spectrum doula and am excited to support transitions into parenthood! I offer 4 packages for clients and 4 packages for perinatal providers. I am a full spectrum doula whose been practicing for 5 years. I am excited to support your transition into parenthood and offer 2 premium packages to achieve the best birth possible. I am experienced to be your emotional and physical guide through pregnancy into birth and postpartum, whether you are LGBTQ, Spanish-speaking or have experienced loss. Since I am trained by Southern doulas, midwives, and birth workers, I bring compassionate care for better birth outcomes!

Childbirth/ Labor Planning
Sessions to assist with birth plan and prenatal care options to focus on pre-labor, early labor, back labor, and partner support during labor stages. In person, virtual, and/or by phone.

Continuous labor support
Birth attendance. Emotional support (continued presence and reassurance), information about labor progress (early labor through descent), coping techniques and comfort measures (touch, massage, baths/showers, aromatherapy, partner support) to encourage mobility and adequate fluid intake to deliver your baby! Available in person (home, hospital or birthing center) as well as virtual to decrease unnecessary medical interventions and stay on birth plan.
