Not looking for kids in school or college aged for this job. We want someone with more life experience. We would prefer a more outgoing personality and great with communication skills. I would like a night nanny 3-4 days a week and someone to help sleep train an infant.

We have 10 week old twins and are looking for overnight care from 12am to 6am. We would like to stay around 15/hr starting as soon as possible. Extra duties would include putting bottles in the bottle washer to sterilize after use. We are also interested in light sleep training to get them to sleep through the night if possible.

The baby is a very good sleeper but my daughter has Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility EDS which make it very difficult to hold the baby for long periods.
