I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. Planning on a natural birth with no medicines, and if possible, a doula or midwife with Christian beliefs and values. I'm unsure of costs as it will be through my work insurance. I'm still working on my birth plan, but I'd like to labor at home for as long as possible, would like a birthing pool/tub, delayed cord clamping, deliver placenta naturally

Non-invasive- as natural as possible but with some modern accommodations such as alternative pain management, movement, etc. I ultimately have no idea what the right things are to do as this process continues but I feel my body will tell me what to do. Hello, My name is Daja Gilliam, and I'm currently in my third trimester. I'm reaching out because I'm looking for a doula who can provide the support and advocacy I've been missing throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I haven't received the prenatal care I needed for much of my pregnancy due to switching OB-GYNs and dealing with other challenges. As a result, I've often felt dismissed during appointments, and it's been difficult to feel heard or supported by my medical providers. I'm hoping to find a doula who can be a supportive presence during the remainder of my pregnancy, help me prepare for birth, and provide reassurance and advocacy during labor and delivery. Having someone in my corner who will listen, help me ask questions, and support my birth preferences would mean a great deal to me. Birth plan- home birth, standing or water birth. Break to my lower back makes regular back birth not an option. Allergic reaction to most pain medications. Age 33 ( 34 at due date) no risk pregnancy so far. Rheumatoid arthritis & psoriasis. Plan to breast feed, supplement only if necessary. Need assistance on choosing vaccines i will allow. Concerned baby may have same immune system. First ultrasound strong & healthy. Budget-unknown/unestablished/low Requirements- experienced- English speaking

We are having our second baby in January. We currently have a three year old at home. She will be in school full time but I’m still nervous about the extra work load. Looking for someone caring to help me with the new baby in the beginning days. Light cooking and laundry would be a huge bonus but not required.

Hello! I'm a first time mommy to be! I plan to give birth in the hospital. I'm looking for someone that will be caring, calming, welcoming, and supportive that will be there from triage to recovery. My birth plan consists of having a low calming environment. I prefer things to go as smoothly and safe as possible.

Hospital or homebirth, haven't fully decided yet. I have Medicaid which reimburses doula, so I need a certified doula that is covered by Medicaid. Minimum of 5 years experience is requested. No special needs.
