Wondering for a friend if you do placenta encapsulation ?

I plan to give birth at providence hospital and also plan to use my insurance to cover the expenses. I would like for my birth to go as easy as possible.

I am seeking a Black doula who is culturally competent and supportive. I plan to give birth at either a birthing center or a hospital. I would like continuous labor support, advocacy during delivery, and emotional support before and after birth. My goal is a calm, informed, and empowering birth experience. My budget is flexible and dependent on services offered.

Looking for a doula that can help us advocate for mom and baby while in the hospital and potentially help educated us on birth plans and things we may have not considered. Delivering at Ohio State and current due date is 7/2/26.

As if right now plan to go Grove City Mount Carmel, VBAC try unmedicated for less risks . C-Section was 7/29/24. Will be roughly 22m apart. C-section reason stayed 5-6cm dilated and fetal tachycardia with medication. Tried everything for a couple hours nurses recommended. Budget just depends on ranges no idea how much the prices are .

Hello Destiny, I have never experienced a doula before so not really knowledgeable on how this works. I am wanting to go natural this time around and just need the support and help to get through this birth. I want to have a natural birth from the comfort of my home although a midwife won’t be present unless a medical emergency requires one I’d like a doula to provide physical and informational support to me and my spouse during this special moment. I don’t want to be medicated and I don’t want too many people on top of me and baby and that’s why I don’t like the hospital setting. A mothers needs and wishes aren’t always respected so id rather be at home with someone who specializes in putting mom and baby first
