Hello, I recently brought home my son from the NICU and was looking for a night time nurse. Some background knowledge for my son, nassier is that he was in the NICU at Catawba valley medical center in hickory nc from birth- July 15, 2025- to just being discharged November 20th, 2025. He was sent home on oxygen, 1 liter and since this is a new process for me and my family- it has been hard getting any sleep as we tend to watch over him like a hawk. I am looking for help w baby at night, possibly sleep coaching and newborn care my baby is very fussy and I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this is very normal. Baby won’t sleep unless being held and it is starting to wear on me(mom).

My husband and I are specifically looking for an overnight caregiver with newborn specialty care training for our newborn daughter when we both head back to work. She was born 4 weeks early (01/15/2026), so will likely not be sleeping in long stretches by the time we return to work, which will be a little challenging for us.
