My 2 week old newborn has a shallow latch and it hurts when he nurses. I also don't know if he is getting enough milk so we have been supplementing with formula. Additionally I don't know how to get him on a sleep schedule. Sometimes he sleeps for 4 hour stretches and others he wakes every hour or two. I'll be returning to work soon and I need help to regulate him before I do.

Hi - We are looking for a nanny for our son, Max. He was born on 10/18. I’m currently on maternity leave but will return to work on 1/7. I’d like to start with someone a few hours a day now (4-6 hrs) and then transition to full time if all works out when I return to work in January. We are Dan and Huong and live in Croatan in Virginia Beach. Max was born via surrogate after 8 years of infertility. I work from home and Dan goes to work daily. I’m from the DC area but my background is Vietnamese. Dan grew up in Ohio and his background is Ukrainian. We are looking for someone with someone with vaccinations as Max is so young: TDAP, Covid, flu. Experience infant care, can help with diapering, feeding, active wake windows, getting Max down for naps. We have a sweet 12 year old poodle - so must be okay with dogs (but you don’t need to walk him). The only housework we’d need is related to Max - getting his bottles loaded and unloaded in the washer, and his laundry on occasion, keeping his room and play area tidy. Hi, I’m interested in weaning my 6mo old and transferring him to his own room for overnight sleep. He’s been napping in his crib from birth but has been nursing at night and co-sleeping.
