Hello! My name is Angelika, and I’m a holistic birth doula and lactation supporter. I believe women possess the intuitive wisdom to know how to birth their babies and the new version of themselves as a mother. I also know partners are more supportive when they understand that as well. My role is to witness, honor, and remind you of your power through heart-led support from bump to breast.

I am a clinical nutritionist, with a masters degree in nutrition and certified full spectrum doula through Our Earth out of New Mexico. I own my practice The NutriDoula and specialize in transformative wellness, intentional nutrition and holistic birth support. I began doing prenatal and postpartum doula work in 2010 and attended my first birth in 2013. I have over 10 years of experience helping clients advocate for themselves in medical spaces. These days, I help my clients create personalized support plans that will best reach their goals. For my doula clients I also l incorporate a nutrition component during visits. Through nutrition counseling, I am able to help my moms prepare their bodies at the cellular level for recovery.

I have a long-time passion for mamas and their babies. For over 19 years, I have supported mothers by caring for children and am honored to continue serving families as a Doula while they transition into motherhood & beyond. I have experience working with families who choose to welcome their babies at home with a midwife, working with both midwives and OBs during medicated and unmedicated births in hospitals, inductions, high-risk pregnancies, and NICU stays. I am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International, a Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist trained through the International Placenta and Postpartum Association, and I am currently pursuing my certification to beocme a Certified Postpartum Doula.
