About me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth—a mother, wife, and dedicated Doula and Childbirth Educator serving families in Saint Petersburg and throughout Pinellas County. My path into this work was shaped by my own two very different pregnancy and birth experiences, each one teaching me how deeply personal and transformative this journey can be. Those moments sparked a calling in me to gently support and guide others as they navigate their own unique paths to parenthood. I approach birth work with compassion, presence, and deep respect for every individual’s choices and experiences. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel heard, safe, and supported—no matter how their birth unfolds. It’s an honor to walk alongside families during such a meaningful time, offering reassurance, education, and steady care when it’s needed most. Through the many births I’ve witnessed and the stories I’ve been trusted to hold, I’ve developed a heartfelt understanding of both the beauty and vulnerability of this journey. Whether you’re seeking knowledge, emotional support, or hands-on guidance, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk beside you with care every step of the way.
