Hi! I'm Elizabeth! I have been a doula since 2015. I am a mother of two boys. I love to serve women in education, labor and delivery. My belief is that women were created to birth. You are capable and empowered through preparation and your innate ability; because of how you were created. I believe the support that women receive in birth can make a tremendous difference in labor and the result of birth. It would be my joy to come alongside of you to encourage you and assist you in every need that arises.

It's my joy to serve you in one of the most sacred moments. My services are personalized to you as I get to know you but overall will include: emotional, physical, spiritual, and informational assistance to individuals and families throughout the childbirth process. My goal is to serve you and support you in every need that arises.

Empowered Package
General Services: -1 Prenatal Visit to get to know parents and discuss goals of birth -3 Childbirth Education Classes: 1.) Stages of Labor and Delivery, 2.) Comfort Measures and exercises, 3.) Breastfeeding and Postpartum Assistance with writing a birth plan -Labor & Birth Support 24/7 when 37 weeks-42 weeks -1 Postpartum Visit I have the option to add-on 1.)$300 Maternity and Newborn Photo Sessions ($400 value): including 30 digital high resolution images per session. Additional images may be purchased if desired. AND/OR -Daytime or Nighttime Postpartum Care (investment is TBD by your specific needs): including help with household tasks, support infant feeding goals, preparing/serving meals, newborn care, helping parents get sleep or shower, etc. Hourly rate: $30/hr
