About Elizabeth

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a certified Postpartum Doula through Birth and Baby University and I am located in Santa Clara, Campbell. My passion and joy has always at root, to learn about childcare with infants/toddlers and their development to encourage movement, sound, and sensory! I have experience in school environments for infant rooms following each baby's feed and sleep schedule as well as doing activities that encourage development! I have core units in early education to lean on when creating those activities! I have experience in home nanny services working with siblings, providing light housework cleanup like dishes and laundry, meal prep for the children as well as activities based on the child's needs! My practice is to create an environment where family can rest and recover so I can provide support in areas like caring for baby's needs, laundry, meal preps, suggest evidence based information to questions families have, offer specialists when questions are not in my scope of practice of non medical advice, as well as offer non judgmental emotional and physical support during this tender time. It is an honor to provide care to your family during a time of learning how to navigate recovery and routine for your household. In my free time, I enjoy reading thriller and fiction books, spending time with my husband going out and trying new restaurants in our area!

My scope of practice and work as a Postpartum Doula is to provide non-medical, emotional, and physical support, newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast/chest or bottle), housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sibling cleanup), and meal prep.
