hello birthing persons, i’m elle, a DONA certified birth doula, yoga instructor and social worker based in oak park, IL. I became a doula after four years of working in childhood education and fully understanding the impact birth has on everything—my pedagogies are rooted in epigenetics.

I provide prenatal, postpartum, labor and birth doula services. all of my specialties are wrapped into the interdisciplinary approach I use with my clients. I am also a registered yoga teacher for all those stages of pregnancy and after as well. my services are on a sliding scale from $100-$600
