I provide both daytime and overnight newborn care, as well as gentle sleep support, helping parents feel rested, confident, and supported while ensuring their baby receives experienced, nurturing, and attentive care. My care may include newborn soothing, feeding support, establishing healthy routines, lactation education, and practical guidance as parents adjust to life with their new baby. My approach is gentle, nurturing, and centered around the well-being of both baby and parents. Whether you need an experienced set of hands during the day, overnight newborn care so you can get restorative sleep, or guidance with your baby’s sleep and daily rhythms, I’m there to provide calm, knowledgeable support without judgment. My goal is to make the postpartum transition feel more manageable while helping your family build confidence and find a routine that works for you.
