5 weeks along with my second baby. Looking for a midwife who takes over prenatal care.
I am not sure exactly where I would like to give birth, I aspire to give birth at home but since this is my first baby I’m not sure I’ll be able to. I would like to find a midwife that is compatible with me and my baby, I’m not sure what my budget. I hope to have a natural birth, with ease and confort and feeling like I am in control of my body. And I know what my body needs when etc. Only looking in Cambridge or surrounding areas. Thank you!
This is my second baby, planning to deliver at hospital and hoping for VBAC. First baby (2.5yrs old) was an induction turned emergency C where epidural and spinal tap failed, had to be put fully under. I’m 24 weeks today (Sept 30th 2026) and my family is moving to Erin, ON beginning of November. Searching for hospitals but heavily considering Headwaters in Orangeville.
8 weeks along, wanting a hospital birth - willing to drive outside of Woodstock (home city), would very much like a midwife
Plan to deliver in the hospital. I dont have a birth plan as of right now
* woodstock hospital * $1000 * a christian provider
I need a support. Someone to walk me through things like what do I need to get? My options for delivery? Essentially an educated friend.
This is my first baby, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. I would love to have a home birth, and am still hoping for midwife care, but do not presently have midwifery support as they are all booked near my due date. Without midwife care, I would give birth at the Orangeville hospital. I am very nervous for a hospital birth as I have heard lots of scary stories, so I am looking to potentially hire a birth doula for knowledge in delivery and post-partum, but mostly support during delivery. I would like to have an unmedicated birth, and have a very detailed birth plan of do's and don'ts (i.e. Vit K shot, eye ointment, cord clamping, baby care by hospital staff, etc.). I would love that my birth doula ensures that my birth plan is followed by the hospital staff. I would also love support for my partner, like preparing him for labour, and how he can best support me during labour. Our budget is $1,000.

This is my first pregnancy and I am looking to give birth at home. We are looking for a well experienced doula
This is my first brith and I need help preparing. I'm giving birth at Cortellucci hospital because its close to my mom in case of bad weather. We don't have a birth plan and hoping someone could help me with this.
I am planning a hospital birth. I'm unfamiliar with these services so I'm honestly not sure what an appropriate budget would look like. I haven't yet started on my birth plan, but I know that I want more than one child so I'm hoping to make birth as pleasant of an experience as possible so I'll want to do it again! I'm really hoping for someone who is able to be my voice and help me stay educated and in the know throughout this process.
