I'm a dedicated professional and a proud mother to two beautiful young ladies who inspire me every day. With over 25 years of experience in the child care industry, I am deeply passionate about supporting families during the precious early weeks of a newborn's life. In addition to my professional credentials, I bring a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction. My love for learning something new every day fuels my work, as does my passion for crafting artisanal soaps, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the great outdoors through travel and camping. I'm an active member of my community, constantly supporting various non-profit organizations and charities. I offer a range of services designed to make your transition into parenthood smoother and more joyful. From setting up the nursery, assisting with first baths, and caring for multiples to providing circumcision care and reflux support. I'm here to develop healthy sleep routines, assist with breastfeeding, and help transition your baby from breast milk to formula. I also offer lactation education, postpartum support, and multicultural postpartum recovery care. As a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, trained by Gentle Ventures Holistic NCS Training and certified through the Newborn Care Specialist Association, a sleep trainer through Summer's Sleep Secrets, and a Certified Postpartum Doula trained through CAPPA. I specialize in the care of newborns from 0-16 weeks, and I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to every family I work with, continuously enhancing my expertise through ongoing trainings, workshops, and courses. Above all, I am deeply committed to providing the support you need in this incredible journey of parenthood. My approach is always filled with love and care, and I take immense joy in being around babies, helping them, and their families, in the most formative weeks of their lives. Elsy is an amazing force of nature! We found her to help us care for our three week old baby girl and help us with the "night shift" and we found such an experienced and knowledgeable advocate for helping us develop our baby's healthy schedule and amazing growth! So much energy goes into the 24/7/ 2 hour cycle for the first few months of the babys life. With proactive schedules and plenty of first-hand information and experience with "the little peanuts", Elsy has been a true blessing to my wife and our family! When she had to honor another commitment to another family after a few weeks, her recommended replacement, Mirna. has been an equally bright star on the night shift in our home. I highly recommend her to any family lucky enough to find her and anyone she recommends! Thank you Elsy!

We had a fantastic experience with Elsy. She was very caring with our daughter but most importantly she knew when to push back on the child and the parents to do what's best for the child. Our first daughter took quite a bit of time to get sleep trained, but with Elsy, our second daughter was sleep trained within the first 3 months! We couldn't have found a better over night Doula.

Elsy is very professional about everything she does. We worked with her when our second child arrived. The baby came small unexpectedly and had to stay at NICU. We were so glad Elsy was able to support us with the special needs we had. She gave us peace of mind and was able to catch some rest while she was around. Even if you are not a first time mom, you could use a help like Elsy as she always have the most up to date information about babies.
