- 4 prenatal meetings. - available for support via call/text/email throughout pregnancy. - biweekly check in video chats where we talk about your mental, physical, & spiritual well being and birth prep practices. - guidance in creating personalized birth & postpartum preferences. - access to Root n’ Bloom Birth’s mindfully crafted list of recommendations & resources. - continuous support throughout labor. - photography of your birth. (non-professional) - immediate postpartum & basic breastfeeding support. - 2 postpartum visits.
