Drop in anytime between 4:00–6:00 PM on Friday, August 21 — right befor or after pickup! — for a free, self-guided pregnancy and postpartum nutrition experience. No need to rush, and no set schedule to follow. You'll get a discovery packet at check-in and explore hands-on "grocery store" stations at your own pace, each one built to answer the real questions pregnant and postpartum parents have at the store — from conflicting advice online, to what your body actually needs right now, to eating well on a budget. A certified health educator will be on-site the entire time to facilitate, answer your questions, and offer extra support one-on-one if you'd like it.
