About me

I am a birth and postpartum doula deeply committed to supporting families with compassionate, evidence-based care during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe birth is a powerful, transformative experience, and every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and confident in their choices. I also offer placenta encapsulation services as well as placenta and breast milk art. My philosophy centers on informed consent, intuitive support, and meeting each family exactly where they are; emotionally, physically, and culturally. I strive to create a calm, grounded presence that allows birthing parents to feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. I am honored to have been voted Best Doula in Houston for 2025, a recognition that reflects my dedication to personalized care and meaningful connection with the families I serve. Whether you’re planning a medicated birth, unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is not to direct your experience, but to walk alongside you, offering education, advocacy, and unwavering support so you can approach birth with confidence and trust in your body.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is a traditional postpartum practice chosen by some families as part of their recovery journey. I offer respectful, professional placenta preparation using food-safety–informed handling and industry-standard methods. Your placenta is carefully prepared, dehydrated, and encapsulated into easy-to-take capsules. I also provide an umbilical cord keepsake as well as placenta art (jewelry containing fragments of placenta in a beautiful keepsake). This service is offered as a non-medical, holistic support option. While many parents report benefits such as increased energy, improved mood, and support during the postpartum transition, individual experiences vary and no medical claims are made.
