About me
I am a mom of 3, and I had very different journeys with each. I know firsthand that no pregnancies, labors, births or postpartum recoveries are the same, and therefore should be treated with respect and understanding for the individual. As your doula, I will hold space for you to fully understand all information being given to you, ask your questions, make your own well-informed decisions, and be confident in your choices.

This is a completely customizable package for you and I to discuss and plan out as a team. Pick and choose the things you like from other packages, or let's come up something just for you. Let me know the support you desire, and we can work something out.

The Birth Doula
Includes free consultation, two-four in-person prenatal meetings, doula support during labor and birth, and two postpartum meetings in the comfort of your home. A deposit of $750 is due upon contract signing. Remainder is due by 36 weeks gestation, before delivery.

The Birth Day Doula
Doula support during labor and birth. Includes consultation to go over important details about your pregnancy and birth plan. Deposit of $500 due at contract signing. Remainder due by 36 weeks, before delivery.

Includes everything from finding the best prenatal, connecting you with an OBGYN or Midwife, creating your birth plan and making your baby registry. This plan is completely customizable to meet your needs.

Support during fertility appointments and treatments. I will hold space for your questions, emotions, hopes and fears.

The Postpartum Doula
Starting with 10 hours of postpartum care and support, and going up to 80 hours, I will come to your house to assist with baby, support you, help with light household chores, and provide guidance and comfort during the 4th trimester. (I do not provide overnight care at this time, but will be happy to assist you in finding the support person you need.)
