I’m so thankful I had Zaira as my birth doula for my first baby! From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive—checking in on me almost every day and making sure I felt prepared and informed. She gave me tools that made my natural labor more manageable and walked me through different labor positions ahead of time so I felt confident and ready. What stood out was how personalized the entire experience was—Zaira catered everything to me and my baby’s specific needs. Her pre- and postpartum visits were so thoughtful, and she always responded promptly whenever I had questions, including about natural birth, breastfeeding, post-partum care, newborn milestones, and more. She has a wealth of experience, and her calm, nurturing presence made a huge difference during this life transition. My newborn experience has been wonderful. I credit this to the placenta capsules she made for me. No way was a letting a hospital make money off my placenta! Even two months later, I’m still sending her baby pictures—I would absolutely have her again for any future births. Highly recommend!

Zaira was so helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable about the birth process! I had a successful VBAC and I could not have done it without her! I also had placenta encapsulation by her, and they were great as well! Overall 10/10 experience! I will definitely use her again (if I decide on more children)!

I loved having Zaira at our home! She took time from the beginning to see how our family operated and jumped right in. She was always ready to help with a current task and was wonderful at suggesting things to help with. From meal prep to assembling a stroller, she was ready with a smile!

Great experience! I loved having Zaira as my doula, I've give her 10 stars if I could! First thing I told her was that I didn't want to use epidural and she made sure to guide me and teach me everything I needed to know for birth time, she answered all my question and also a great service PP as well, she was very lovely with my and my family.

Such a simple process for us Zaira was amazing and 10/10 recommend! She was professional, timely and dropped off my encapsulated placenta shortly after I got home from the hospital. If you are considering placenta encapsulation I cannot recommend her enough.
