I’m a postnatal doula who believes new parents deserve to be cared for too. I show up with warmth, calm and practical support, whether that’s looking after your baby, feeding you, holding space or quietly getting on with what needs doing. Subject to availability, I also offer overnight support on the postnatal ward, providing reassurance, advocacy and continuity of care as you transition from hospital to home, so you’re not navigating those first days alone. If you’re looking for steady, judgement-free support that adapts to what you need, I’d love to hear from you. Visit my website to read more and book a call.

My postnatal doula service is designed to support you in the days and weeks after your baby arrives, offering calm, practical and emotional care tailored to your family’s needs. I provide hands-on support in your home, helping with baby care, light household tasks, meals and emotional reassurance, so you can rest, recover and feel more confident as you adjust to life with your baby. I also offer overnight support on the postnatal ward, providing reassurance, advocacy and continuity of care as you transition from hospital to home. This means you are supported by a familiar face during a time that can feel overwhelming and uncertain. My approach is flexible and responsive. I show up to do what is needed, whether that is because you have asked or because I can see it would help. My aim is always to help you feel grounded, supported and cared for. If you would like to talk about how my support could work for you, please get in touch to arrange a no-obligation chat.
