My passion for birth work began at age 14 when I unexpectedly supported my aunt during an unplanned home birth. Being by her side during such a powerful moment showed me how meaningful it is to support mothers through labor, and it inspired my commitment to birth work. I have been a trained doula since 2022 and have supported approximately 15 mothers through 17 births. Through these experiences, I have developed confidence in providing emotional, physical, and informational support while remaining calm and attentive in fast-paced situations. My goal is always to help mothers feel safe, supported, and cared for. I hold current CPR and NRP certifications and have scheduled my renewal training to remain fully compliant. Get the rest you need while your baby is cared for overnight. I provide support during night shifts with a minimum of 4 hours, assisting with newborn care, feeding, diapering, and helping parents get sleep while ensuring your baby’s needs are met. My goal is to give families peace of mind and rest during those first weeks at home.
Preparing for labor can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. In this service, I provide guidance, education, and coaching in the weeks leading up to your birth. We’ll discuss signs of labor, comfort techniques, coping strategies, and ways to support your birth preferences so you feel confident and empowered. Optional Add-On: 24/7 phone support can be added for an additional fee, giving you around-the-clock guidance and reassurance as your due date approaches.

We’ll discuss your priorities, questions, and any concerns you have, so you feel confident communicating your wishes with your care team. This service ensures your voice is heard and respected on your big day.
Preparing for your hospital or birth center stay can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make it simple and stress-free. With this service, we’ll go through everything you need to pack for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery your essentials, comfort items, baby supplies, and anything specific to your birth plan. Together, we’ll make sure you feel confident and fully prepared for the big day.
I offer a full range of doula services to support families before, during, and after birth. My services include birth doula support with continuous emotional and physical care during labor, postpartum doula support to assist with recovery and newborn care, and night doula services to help families rest and adjust in the early weeks. I also provide pre-labor support, assistance with creating a personalized birth plan, and guidance on packing a hospital bag so families feel prepared and confident leading up to birth.
