About me

Hello my name is Emma Maxey and I have been a certified birth doula for about two years. I am located in the Plainfield, IN area and eager to support expecting parents! I have great experience with pregnancy, with myself having naturally birthed my first three children (two of which are twins) and my last baby which I birthed prematurely via c-section. I have also helped clients achieve their desired birth outcome. My personal focus is on the importance of providing clients with informed consent so that we can achieve their perfect birth experience. It is also important to me to provide support to those that are experiencing pregnancy complications, as this group of people need extensive support where they may not be getting it. I have experience in bereavement care as well. I have also been working as a breastfeeding counselor. My pricing is extremely reasonable, willing to work with client on price if necessary in order to provide the support they deserve.
