As a doula I see my ultimate job as perinatal support - prenatal, birth, and postpartum - to minimize stress to the birthing person and their baby/s. In this way, we can work together for your desired outcome and I expect to work with you for many months. I provide support through education and resource provision as well as validation and guidance via 24/7 phone availability, in person sessions that can include guided meditations or meal provision, and doctor visit support and transport options. I offer on call services two weeks prior to your expected due dates and will travel to home or hospital - wherever YOU are the most comfortable is where I know the best birth outcome to occur. I am currently accepting clients looking for long-term support, though if you are expecting soon I encourage you to reach out as I am accepting short-term clients on a case-by-case basis.
