About me

As a doula I see my ultimate job as perinatal support - prenatal, birth, and postpartum - to minimize stress to the birthing person and their baby/s. In this way, we can work together for your desired outcome and I expect to work with you for many months. I provide support through education and resource provision as well as validation and guidance via 24/7 phone availability, in person sessions that can include guided meditations or meal provision, and doctor visit support and transport options. I offer on call services two weeks prior to your expected due dates and will travel to home or hospital - wherever YOU are the most comfortable is where I know the best birth outcome to occur. I am currently accepting clients looking for long-term support, though if you are expecting soon I encourage you to reach out as I am accepting short-term clients on a case-by-case basis. I may be able to refer you or offer phone support if I am unavailable. This profession is not new to me, though I am currently in the certification process to be able to accept insurance including MEDICAID in Illinois and will update this listing once complete. I do offer pay plans and sliding scale opportunities as it is my core belief to provide aid in any way I can on your journey - reach out!

Service introduction

Perinatal doula care trained for birth & postpartum. I offer full spectrum long-term services charged hourly, prenatal & postpartum nutrition packages, and on call birth doula services with a set rate. I offer a sliding scale for payment and flexible packages given the unique needs of every birthing person. I do not post my rates publicly, rather I encourage you to inform me of your needs during consultation and we can move forward together.
