About me

Hi there! My name is Kayli Worthley. I am a Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Breastfeeding Counselor. I believe birth is a sacred event that goes best when mothers feel safe, seen, and heard. I see my doula role as one of an educator, nurturer, and advocate. My goal is that you feel informed and confident to make your own decisions throughout the labor and birth process. After having a beautiful homebirth with my daughter, I have first hand experience of the joys and trials of childbirth. I believe that children are a blessing from God and that childbirth can bring you closer to the Lord. In my free time you'll find me singing along to worship music while making sourdough. I love going on walks with my husband and practicing hospitality.

Kayli was called into a whirlwind of a birth, and stepped right in to help without missing a beat. Her comforting voice and touch were an immediate calm to me. It really does feel like Kayli’s been doing this for ages, so much of what’s needed for support in labor and birth comes so naturally to her. Kayli helped talk me through contractions, massage, helped my husband know how to help, kept me hydrated and energized, took photos we’ve cherished, she did it all! Can’t recommend her enough.

Kayli demonstrated genuine interest and excitement when we had prenatal meetings. She asked helpful questions and listened well, which was extremely imporant to me as I had experienced a challenging birth with my first child and had chosen to have a doula this time in hopes of a different outcome. During labor, Kayli made sure I kept my energy and hydration up, provided wonderful verbal encouragement, and suggested different postions and movements to keep labor going and ease discomfort. We truly feel that having a doula was an integral part of experiencing a positive and empowering labor and delivery for our second child!
