I will be a nurturing presence in the tender days after birth-someone who holds space for your healing, eases your worries, and gently guides you as you find your rhythm as a parent in a holistic manner. with five years of nursing experience, I blend clinical knowledge with heartfelt care, offering not just support, but true relief, reassurance, and understanding when you need it most. My passion is helping you feel seen, confident, and deeply supported every step of the way. I am passionate about nutrition, focusing on whole, high-quality foods and the importance of exercise. I enjoy reading, lifting weights, hiking, skiing and traveling.
