I’m a certified postpartum doula and a proud mother of four amazing kids , with a lifelong passion for caring for children and supporting families. I’ve been around infants and children for as long as I can remember, and caring for little ones has always come naturally to me. Becoming a parent is one of life’s most beautiful experiences, but it can also come with exhaustion, uncertainty, and a lot of adjustment. My goal as a postpartum doula is to help make that transition feel easier, calmer, and more manageable for the entire family. I provide compassionate, hands-on support while respecting each family’s parenting style, routines, and individual needs. I believe that parents deserve to feel supported and confident—not judged or overwhelmed. The safety and well-being of every baby in my care is my highest priority. I strive to create a calm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, comfortable, and loved, while parents get the rest, reassurance, and support they need. It is an honor to be welcomed into a family during such a special and vulnerable chapter of life, and I truly love being able to make those early days with a new baby a little easier.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Overnight Rest

I offer flexible overnight postpartum support from 10 PM to 6 AM, with packages customized around each family’s needs. Whether you need occasional overnight help or consistent support throughout the month, we can create a schedule that works for your family. My hourly rate ranges from $35–$40/hour, depending on the number of nights booked. Families who book more nights receive a lower hourly rate. This allows me to provide consistent, reliable support while giving families the opportunity to save when they need more ongoing overnight care. Pricing and scheduling can be customized based on the number of nights and the level of support your family needs.

What to expect

I specialize in overnight postpartum support, helping families get the rest they need while knowing their baby is safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. During an overnight shift, I can assist with newborn care such as feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, settling, and keeping baby comfortable while parents rest. I can also help with nighttime routines and light baby-related tasks so parents can wake up feeling more rested and prepared for the day ahead. My goal is to take some of the pressure off during those long nights and give new parents the opportunity to recover, sleep, and recharge. Every family has different routines and preferences, so I work closely with parents to provide personalized overnight care that fits their needs while always prioritizing the safety and well-being of their baby.

Bernadett was absolutely wonderful during our first few days home from the hospital. She is so professional and exudes total confidence with newborn care. The first time she got to our house, our son had some spit up/congestion affecting his breathing and she jumped right in with the nasal bulb suction and made him (and us) so much more comfortable from the start! She is punctual, dependable, flexible. 10/10 experience with Bernadett and I highly recommend working with her!!!
