Esther Rose Louis is an award-winning maternal health consultant, certified doula, and the visionary founder of Metro Mommy Agency (MMA)—South Florida’s premier woman-owned doula agency and maternal health consulting firm. Since 2015, Esther has served hundreds of families through culturally-responsive childbirth education, breastfeeding support, and postpartum care, helping to reduce birth disparities and advance maternal wellness across the region. A proud Haitian-American mother of four, Esther brings over 14 years of lived and professional experience to her mission of advocating for Black maternal health.
