Sacral Bloom Wellness was born from a call to action to expand healing energy and compassion into our generation and those following our paths. Pregnant people, women, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC, and people who are neurodivergent and disabled are all embraced, highlighted, and celebrated here. With nearly 15 years of combined experience as a yogi, group educator, and naturalistic healer, MJ (she/they) brings compassion, spiritual wisdom, trauma-informed care, and transformational energy into the spaces they occupy.
