Helping with getting a deep latch. I am experiencing pain while feeding.
Im only pumping and need help with making sure I’m using the right size and pumps
Hello, I am hoping to find postpartum support and lactation consultation to help me care for my newborn (and myself). I’m a first time mom, am 36 yo and on Medicaid due to a disability, and recovering from an emergency c-section that was somewhat traumatic. Any help would be so appreciated 💕🙏
I plan to give birth in a hospital setting at Beaumont Royal Oak. This is my first pregnancy, and I am currently 23 weeks along. I am hoping for a low-intervention, unmedicated birth if possible, but I am open to medical support as needed and want to feel informed and confident in my decisions. I am looking for a doula who can provide education, emotional support, and advocacy during pregnancy and labor, and help me understand what to expect in a hospital environment. I am still exploring options and would appreciate discussing services, availability, and pricing, including potential payment plans.
I'm planning on giving birth at Covenant hospital. However, I would like as little medical interventions as possible. This is my first pregnancy and I'm looking for someone to help me prepare for labor and help me through the birthing process to hopefully avoid a C-Section. I would also like to know if there is a doula who accepts aetna ppo insurance.
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don't know the costs of doula. I was hoping to get something that is covered completely by insurance. My budget is under $1000 as long as a payment plan is offered. My plan for birth is to go unmedicated. I'm eager to learn about pain management that doesn't include an epidural.
Looking for a lactation consultant that will help with a very painful latch from a newborn that has resulted in nipples that are sore, and about to bleed. I would prefer in home visit and one that is covered by BCBS michigan insurance.
This is my first child. I would like to give birth at the hospital (most likely it will be in Ann Arbor). My budget would be around $2,000. I haven`t decided my birth plan yet but I know that I don`t want to induce the labor unless if necessary and I would prefer a natural birth without epidural injection, however, I`m not opposed. I`m looking for someone who could support me mostly during the labor. My husband will be present too.

Nursing for 3 months. Since returning to work baby prefers bottle over breast and it’s very difficult to keep her latched and nursing long enough to fill her tummy. Night feedings go okay. Using evenflow balance + wide bottle. 3-4 days per week while mom works. Try to exclusively breast feed when mom is home. Baby has taken passifier since 1 week. Need help promoting breast preference over bottle.
This is my first birth and we are giving birth away from home (our families are in Chicago) so I’m looking for extra support and guidance. We will be giving birth at Sparrow hospital. My goals are to avoid C-section (if possible), avoid any invasive tools or unnecessary procedures and avoid epidural (if possible). I’m open to someone with less experience and I am unsure on a budget at this time.
I need help with flange sizing, and settings on Spectra S1. I suffer from reoccurring mastitis and clogs every month. Just when I think I’ve found the correct size, I get a clog which always leads to mastitis. I’m exclusively pumping and I’m ready to start weaning, but looking for help to do it properly.
