I plan to give birth with Norton OBs in Louisville Ky. I am on Medicaid PASSPORT. I would love to have a doula that accepts this Medicaid, but if not, I’d like to spend less than $1000 if possible. I don’t have a birth plan nailed down yet, but I’d like to do as natural as possible.

I plan to give birth in the hospital. I have had some past medical issues including a brain tumor and chemo and radiation that have left my body unique in certain ways. My pituitary glad does not function so I just need help navigating.

Hospital I am covered by medicaid I want to wait until contractions are closer together to head to the hospital. Id like to use all the tips and tricks to allow the baby to come and follow pelvic opening exercises and positions. Possibly on hands and knees for birth to allow easier birth and open canal.

Everyone keeps saying oh it’s going to be painful but I just don’t understand why. I’d like some one with the knowledge of how to naturally relieve pains and and help me feel confident in delivering instead of fearing it. I am older so it dose way in my mind. This little one was a big surprise since I was going through perimenopause. I didn’t even know my body was still able to conceive do to lack of menstruation. But here we are so many questions so many worries feeling like I’m being ignored by the typical medical staff.
