I plan to give birth at Kaiser Roseville Hospital. I have Kaiser insurance. I want a natural birth. I want a doula who speaks English and can support a natural birth. I am a low risk, healthy patient with the only risk factor being my age (36). I want a doula who can prepare my husband and I for childbirth, assist at the birth, and provide support after in some capacity.

I plan to give birth in a hospital but I would like to hire a doula to educate my husband and me on the birthing process as well as be there to support us the day of birth. I do not know my birth plan yet but would to work with a doula to help me decide what is best

We do have midwives at the Birthing Center and my husband will be there, but just in case he needs a rest I would like someone else to help me while I transition from stage to stage.
