I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch. I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins. I'd like to go through Cigna insurance if possible. My birth plan is flexible but I'd love to have a natural birth and would like advocacy for delayed cord clamping and more natural birthing positions in the hospital.

This is my second child, my first will be 4 by the time baby arrives. Had a very hard postpartum with my first and want this time to be different and hope to avoid severe postpartum mental health by getting the assistance of a doula during birth and a night doula postpartum for a few days a week for the first weeks. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I had an epidural with my first and likely will with this one but would like to try to labor without for a bit so I can be mobile.

Hi! I’m currently looking for a doula. This is my second baby, and my first birth was very traumatic due to complications with my epidural, so I’m hoping to try a different approach this time. I’m specifically looking for a bilingual doula (English & Spanish) who is affiliated with Kaiser, has worked with Kaiser, or has a Kaiser provider number. Thank you so much!

Scripps memorial La Jolla is the hospital I will deliver at. Attempting vbac after short umbilical cord lead to c-section with first labor. Estimated budget is around 2k, ideally under. I would love to labor at home as much as possible and utilize natural pain management in order to to prolong the epidural as long as possible ( last time I got it at 6 centimeters).

Ideally I wanted a home birth but the cost was out of our budget this time around. So a Hospital birth is the plan, natural, minimal hospital interventions, and I want to have a professional there that is comfortable advocating for us during the times we want to enjoy birth. We want long golden hour, the baby to stay in the room the entire time, no bath, no pulling on the placenta, and a few other things.

We plan to give birth in San Diego at UCSD Jacobs. I’m a high risk pregnancy and need help navigating that with our docs. We’d like to spend as close to $1000 as possible . I would like the birth to be in whatever fashion is needed to ensure maximum health to myself and our infant.
